Apple juice and WG! Moringa Powder are like a match made in heaven! If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to add this incredible food into your diet, then follows these simple directions and get ready to give your body desires:

  • 8 oz Apple Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Western Ghats Moringa Powder

Simply add the Moringa to a small amount of juice and mix them together into a paste, then top off your cup with more apple juice for a delicious beverage.

Raw Vegan Moringa Guacamole: It’s as easy as mashing a single avocado with a fork and mixing the following ingredients together:

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 4 ripe cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro, finely chopped, to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 tsp Western Ghats Moringa Powder
  • Himalayan salt and cayenne pepper to taste

*Tip: Leaving the avocado pit in the guacamole will make it last longer!

Smoothie: Prepare your tastebuds for a truly special treat and blend your way to a enhance state of health with this delicious smoothie:

  • 1/4 tsp Western Ghats Moringa Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 cup of coconut water

A great way to make your favorite salad with this fabulous moringa mustard salad dressing, which boasts a delicate balance of kick from the mustard, sweetness from the maple syrup!

Blend the following ingredients in a blender until the oil thickens, drizzle the mixture over your salad and enjoy:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of Western Ghats Moringa Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Add salt and pepper to taste

Moringa Tea: One of the easiest ways to incorporate Moringa into your diet is by making your own Moringa Tea! Just follow the directions below and you’ll have a light, earthy and naturally dense cup of warmth that is perfect for anytime of day:

  • 1/4 tsp of Western Ghats Moringa Powder
  • 1 cup of water

Pour the Moringa Powder into a coffee maker with a filter, add water, and go, it’s that easy!

In a medium saucepan, add the rolled oats, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Cook the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until some of the milk has been absorbed and the oats have softened, about 5-7 minutes. Turn the heat off and add the moringa powder and the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve.

  • 4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 5 cups almond milk
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp moringa powder
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried mulberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, optional.

You can use any milk of choice for this recipe. We love almond, coconut, or cashew milk the best. Combine the milk, matcha and moringa powder in a small saucepan. Bring to a low simmer over medium heat, whisking a few times. Once the milk has thickened a little and is warm, gently transfer to a blender. Add the coconut oil and honey and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a mug and serve immediately.

  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (coconut, almond, cashew are our favs)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp moringa powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp unpasteurized honey – or more, to taste (optional)

Chicken soup for the soul, indeed. This soup will keep you warm on a chilly night.

In a pot, boil water in high heat and then add the salt and the Chicken breasts. Reduce heat and let the chicken cook, about 15 minutes. Add peeled and sliced chayote and / or other vegetables. Turn off heat, add Moringa and cover the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Chopped Jalapeno peppers for added heat. (optional)
